Company Policy

We at SCANSYS, INC. recommend you to review our SCANSYS , INC. policy before either applying for dealer account or submitting any purchase orders. If for any reason, you are not clear with SCANSYS , INC. policy condition, please contact our local agent for more information.

Standard payment terms are C.O.D. Money Order or PREPAID unless prior arrangements have been made. No orders will be shipped to past due accounts. Delinquent accounts will be subject to a 4% Per Month finance charge (0.1315% daily after past due) plus collection and legal costs if incurred. All shipping, handling, labor & service fees are non-refundable. $25.00 fee will be applied to all returned checks.

SCANSYS , INC. will ship most orders within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received and cleared. Most items will be shipped by UPS ground service. Express shipments are available upon request. Allow 3 to 7 business days for all standard UPS ground shipments. If the shipment is refused or undeliverable, buyer will be responsible for both S&H charges (first and second re-delivery.) Listed shipping cost on our website is based on UPS rate to lower 48 states by UPS ground service. Any addresses not covered by UPS can be shipped by USPS for additional charge. All orders with e-mail address will receive tracking number by e-mail from UPS.

Special orders, including customized products, require 3 to 5 business days. Additional time for quality control and diagnostic testing.

All returns require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. RMA number can only be issued through SCANSYS , INC. technical support department. Buyer must contact SCANSYS , INC. by phone or e-mail to request RMA number. RMA number will be issued by phone call or e-mail within 1 to 3 business days. RMA number is valid for a 15 days. If buyer does not return the item/s within 15 days, RMA number will be voided. Any RMA returned to us with a RMA number past the 15 days, item will be refused and return back to the sender’s address appear on the package. It is recommended that all returns be made via a traceable carrier such as FedEx, UPS or Certified Mail. All returns for refund will be charged with 25% restocking fee on all return item/s for refund within 7 days of your original invoice date. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND AFTER 30 DAYS. SCANSYS , INC. is not responsible for items that are mishandled, lost or damaged during shipment. RMA numbers must be legibly listed on the outside of the package. SCANSYS , INC. will not accept any shipments without a valid RMA. All opened or used software are non-refundable under any condition Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

1. All exchanges must be received within 7 days of the original invoice.
2. If there is an unpaid balance overdue, the seller will charge a monthly fee of the total amount. Delinquent accounts will be subject to a 4% Per Month finance charge (0.1315% daily after past due) plus collection and legal costs if incurred.
3. All return checks are subject to a $20.00 processing fee.
4. There is a restocking fee of 25% for all return items. Product must be unopened and in good condition.
5. Seller warrants that the goods covered when delivered to buyer are of merchantable quality and will be free from defects in workmanship and material for a period of 90 days.

SCANSYS, INC. does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available for use or for lost or corrupted data or software. SCANSYS , INC. will not be liable for lost profits, loss of business or other consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided therein. Buyer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products or services, SCANSYS , INC. Inc. is not responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase under this agreement.

All pricing, shipping information is subject to change without notice. Final order specifications and amounts, including tax and shipping, will be communicated following receipt of your online order. SCANSYS , INC. is not responsible for typographical or other errors or omissions regarding products specifications, prices or other information.
